Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. The Barcore App plus your feedback helps to build you a customized, step-by-step training plan to help you finally make fitness a habit.

Step 1: GIVE YOURSELF A CHANCE. YOU'VE GOT THIS.

Setup your account, complete our intake form, and fill out your profile.


Performance level, age, gender, and workout preferences are all taken into account to create personalized workouts tailored to your specific needs and goals. However, if you'd rather keep some of this information private, this is your prerogative, and we'll do our best.


Once processed, book your complimentary 15 minute consult through our app.

Give yourself at least 14 days. These things can take time.

Step 2: EXERCISE & ITERATE

Barcore customizes workouts just for you while starting from a template. If you have any limitations or simply you are tired of a certain exercise or workout, let us know and we'll swap exercises that work the same muscle group that people with similar data like you perform daily.

 

Choose where and how you want to workout and even what you listen to. Audio and video guides provide step-by-step sequences for your workouts, and they’re easy to follow. Connect to your music or choose Barcore suggested playlists created by professional playlist curators.

Track your fitness data and progress. Share your favorite workouts with your friends or simply complete your workouts together in real time.

Step 3: STAY ACCOUNTABLE

Request to join an in-app Barcore group to increase your chances of staying on your journey. Join our greater Barcore community on Discord.

 


We've found that partners, buddies, and groups help us keep each other accountable and on our journeys. Most importantly, we never feel alone.

If you'd rather go solo, opt-in for push notifications to remind you to go on your day and at your time.

Lastly, if you have hardware (Apple Watch, Garmin), we highly recommend syncing your data.

Step 4: HAVE FUN AND SHARE

You're finding exercises you like. You're listening to music that motivates you. You're part of a community. You look forward to your exercises.

Spread the love. Share your triumphs and share your losses. Both with the community and your friends. Or not at all. Whatever feels best for you. This is still your journey. We're just here to help you stay on it.
